We collect the following information when you register and use the platform: full name, email address, phone number, country of residence, government-issued identity documents (for verification purposes), selfie photograph (for identity verification), transaction records and portfolio activity, and device and usage data for security monitoring.

Your information is used solely to: verify your identity and maintain your membership, process deposits, withdrawals, and asset trades, communicate important account updates and notifications, detect and prevent fraud and unauthorized activity, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Data Storage & Security
All member data is stored in a private, encrypted database under our direct control. Identity documents are stored in a private, access-controlled storage system. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols. We do not store payment card information of any kind.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for commercial purposes. Data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances: with authorized platform administrators for account management purposes, with identity verification service providers as required to complete your verification, or as required by applicable law or court order.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Upon account closure, personal data is retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with financial record-keeping requirements, after which it is securely deleted.
Your Rights
